LAMP 2 Access Pastor Self-Assessment

Open the LCA Portal

  1. Open an internet browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox).
  2. Log into the LCA portal.
  3. Log in using your LCA email account (this is your username) and password. If you are unaware of this information, contact LCA IT Support at itsupport@lca.org.au or 08 8267 7380.

Open LAMP2 and then the Organisations app

  1. Select the LAMP2 App.
  2. Open the Pastor Self-Assessment App by clicking on the Pastor Self-Assessment button.

    The first time you visit the Pastor Self-Assessment area, you will need to allow the power app to access Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive – so that your self-assessment can be emailed to you and saved in the LCA storage space. Allowing the power app to access these Microsoft applications does not mean it can access your emails or personal documents.
    The self-assessment form will open.

    The app recognises you and opens only your self-assessment responses.

Complete or update the self-assessment

  1. To edit or update your self-assessment, click on the pencil icon.
  2. The rich-text editor opens, and you can write your responses. Responses to each individual response field are limited to one page.
  3. Click on the three dots to display other formatting options, such as highlighting or adding web links etc, into your response.
  4. Be sure to save responses to individual questions by clicking the Save button or cancel the change by clicking Cancel at this stage. You must do this for each individual response field.

Save the self-assessment

Save the entire completed or updated self-assessment by clicking on the disc icon.

Send the self-assessment to yourself

You can email the self-assessment as a PDF by clicking on the mail/envelope icon.

You can repeat this process anytime you want to change your responses.

Review archived version

You can view earlier versions of your self-assessment (which was migrated from old LAMP) by clicking on the page icon.

This will open in a new window. Use the up and down arrows to navigate through the pages if there is more than one and the red arrow to return to the current self-assessment.


Use the red arrow again to return to the main LAMP2 landing page.
