Who would have thought the once-popular children’s pastime of stamp collecting was still alive? Well, not only is it still going strong, but it continues to make a world of difference to communities around the globe through the LCA’s Stamps for Mission program, which has raised almost $446,000.

The opening of a new biblical translation and literacy training centre in Papua New Guinea’s Gulf Province is cause for great joy, says Bible translation advisor and LCA/NZ member Hanna Schulz. The centre’s name – ‘Oroi’io Madei’ – can be translated as either ‘Word of Life’ or ‘Living Word’.
