Pastors, lay workers and congregational leaders from the LCA’s NSW and ACT District last month gathered for three days of worship, learning and encouragement in ministry at the District's Mission and Ministry Conference.

Earlier this year, Australian Lutheran World Service (ALWS) set an ambitious goal of protecting 1,000 girls from child marriage in Africa by raising funds through its PRECIOUS campaign. Not only was the target reached by late April, but the PRECIOUS campaign now supports 3000 girls!
