I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord’ (Luke 13:35).

An Anzac Day message from Bishop Paul Smith
Anzac Day is about remembering and giving thanks for members of the armed services who have served our country. We acknowledge with a mixture of gratitude and regret the extraordinary price paid by tens of thousands of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women and their families.
Seventy years of faithful service
Few people can say they have served in a role for 70 years but Hedley Scholz can! Hedley, 89, was recognised earlier this month for seven decades of volunteering as a lay reader for his Lutheran community at Eudunda in country South Australia.
The small and humble make a big difference
What shall I compare the kingdom of God to? It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough (Luke 13:20,21).
How can I be a better bystander?
We all find ourselves, at some time, as a bystander to uncomfortable or confronting situations.
One flock
I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd (John 10:16).
