During August and September, more than one thousand members and friends of our Lutheran Church have been stepping out all over Australia in ALWS Walk My Way events, walking, strolling, striding or waving (encouraging others) to protect refugee girls in danger of child marriage in Kenya and Somalia.

In a Father’s Day message, LCANZ Bishop Paul Smith reflects on the gift and calling of fatherhood, encouraging Christians to give thanks for their fathers, pray for them and commend those who have died to God’s mercy.
