LCA Child Safety Standards updated
In preparation for round two of the Child Safety Self-Assessments and Child Safety Standards Action Plans, the LCA Child Safety Standards have been reviewed to check they continue to be fit for purpose and cover all the changes occurring in child safety requirements across Australia.

The General Church Board and College of Bishops has notified LCANZ pastors and congregational leaders that a new Lutheran church body called Lutheran Mission – Australia (LM-A) has been established.

Nominations for church governance bodies now open
Nominations for positions on the boards, councils, commissions and committees of the LCANZ for the next synodical term are now open. Governance body members who wish to continue in their role also need to submit a nomination, as reappointment is not guaranteed.
