All six General Church Board members who stood for re-election will serve the LCANZ again in the 2024–27 synodical period, after Synod voted them back in for another term.

North Adelaide properties listed for sale
The church’s North Adelaide properties – occupied by Australian Lutheran College (ALC) and the LCA Churchwide Office – were listed for sale in early April. There has been considerable interest in the sale from local and national media outlets, as well as from prospective buyers.

North Adelaide property adviser appointed
A short-term property adviser has been appointed to facilitate the sale of the LCANZ’s Churchwide Office and Australian Lutheran College (ALC) sites in North Adelaide. The General Church Board resolved in November last year to place the properties on the market.

New ALC principal installed
Staff, students and directors of Australian Lutheran College (ALC) on Sunday (18 February) joined LCANZ representatives and members of St Michael’s congregation at Hahndorf in South Australia to welcome Rev Dr Tim Stringer as the college’s new principal.
