A summary of feedback received on the LCANZ Code of Conduct is now available. The General Church Board and College of Bishops will now review the feedback as they revise the Code of Conduct and implementation plan, with further consultation to follow.

LLL Australia has farewelled three long-serving staff members, Terri, Heather and Gaynor, who together devoted more than 90 years of service to the organisation and are now enjoying well-deserved retirement.

After 36 years of ministry, creativity and service, Verena Johnson has retired from the LCA. From pioneering children’s ministry to writing dramas and worship resources, editing ministry publications and supporting church workers across the LCANZ, Verena’s faithful service has blessed countless people in the church.

Safe Church training can sometimes feel like yet another item on a long to-do list. But for Lorraine, who recently completed the training online, the experience was simpler and more informative than she expected.

More than 200 people – mostly from Central Australia and Australia’s Top End – gathered at Alice Springs Lutheran Church late last month to witness the installation of Pastor Stephen Radke as the first-ever assistant bishop for the Northern Territory in the LCA’s SA–NT District.

Ms Jodie Hoff was installed as the executive director of Lutheran Education Australia (LEA) on Sunday 22 February 2026 at St Paul Lutheran Church Blair Athol in South Australia.
