This month, there are a number of ALWS Asante events being held around Australia. Be inspired by Sophie Gebreyes, who leads the ALWS ministry in Ethiopia (home to 10 million Lutherans!).

Almost 70 people met in a spirit of mutual respect at Cummins in South Australia on Sunday, for the first face-to-face gathering of the Preparation and Prayer phase of the LCANZ’s Way Forward project.

You are invited to join an online gathering with young people from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Papua New Guinea to hear stories of mission work by former missionaries and talk with them.

With just weeks to go until the LCANZ Simultaneous Art Exhibition, Tree of Life, final touches are being put in place for the launch of this event in August.

Handmade clay dolls brought biblical stories to life for visitors to a unique exhibition held at the LCANZ’s Churchwide Office in North Adelaide last week. The captivating exhibition, The Stations of the Cross, is the creation of contemporary visual artist Hiroko Sugioka from Osaka, Japan.
