National Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May to 3 June, with the 2026 theme, All In, encouraging Australians to take part in the ongoing journey of reconciliation. Worship, prayer and study resources are available to support congregations, including materials for Holy Trinity Sunday.

Australian Lutheran College (ALC) has welcomed Rev Dr Eric Trozzo as its new director of Systematic Theology and Church History. An experienced lecturer and researcher with international ministry and teaching experience, Eric has already been teaching at ALC as a casual academic since early 2025.

Finke River Mission (FRM) has appointed Peter Doecke as its new finance secretary, taking over from Bryan Elliott following his retirement after serving FRM since 2017.

Earlier this month, Chinese Lutheran pastors and ministry leaders from across Australia and New Zealand gathered in Brisbane for the 2026 Chinese Ministry Summit.

Ms Jodie Hoff was installed as the executive director of Lutheran Education Australia (LEA) on Sunday 22 February 2026 at St Paul Lutheran Church Blair Athol in South Australia.
