Designed for congregational pastors, church council members, staff and ministry leaders, Renew Mission Life Leadership prepares your leaders for the important studies and small group courses designed for the whole congregation that form steps 2, 3 and 4 of the Renew Mission Life journey.

Step 1

Welcome to Renew Mission Life Leadership training. Renew Mission Life Leadership will equip you to participate with our God on a mission in your neighbourhood. The training includes group workshops and is designed for leaders and potential leaders.

The purpose of Step 1 Renew Mission Life Leadership is to provide the understanding, skills and practical systems for leading your congregation to become more fruitful in local mission – to become healthy, mission-shaped and multiplying.

So, invite your ministry team, staff, church council, and more, and enjoy the missional journey.

Booklets

The resources required for Step 1 are Renew Mission Life Facilitator’s Guide, Renew Mission Life Leadership 1.0 and Discovery Tools.

Participants are to pre-read one chapter prior to each session/workshop. For example, for workshop 1, read the first chapter of this booklet. Then read the second chapter prior to attending the second workshop, etc. This book refers to a range of Discovery Tools, which can be accessed as separate files to download or print.

The Renew Mission Life Leadership Facilitator’s Guide explains how to conduct Step 1 of the four-step Renew Mission Life Training. This guide will explain how to plan, promote and conduct the Renew Mission Life Leadership training in your location.
