Since 1990, members of Our Saviour Lutheran Church Aberfoyle Park in SA have been presenting Christmas productions as a way of reaching out to their community and as an opportunity to invite friends, family and workmates to experience the real story of Christmas in a new and fresh way.

Explore the newly expanded Congregational Life Hub: your one-stop destination for faith-filled resources to help congregations and leaders thrive in mission, ministry and congregational life. All LCANZ Learning Hub resources have now been migrated to the hub.

As we prepare to move to Frome St, we look back on one beloved tradition of our Churchwide Office. For years, the rotating galleries at the Archer Street entrance have greeted visitors with beauty, creativity and faith in every brushstroke. But the story doesn’t end here.

The LCANZ’s Pastor Mark Whitfield had the ‘immense joy and honour’ of leading worship at a conference of the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians (ALCM) in the US last month.

Each year, the LCANZ facilitates a Season of Prayer, inviting and calling on congregations to pray. This year, the Season of Prayer is scheduled for 5 to 19 October, and, as in previous years, the theme is ‘Lord, renew your church’. Here are some suggestions for celebrating the Season of Prayer.
