Viewers of ABC TV’s Gardening Australia program on 23 February met dedicated and talented gardener and retired Lutheran school principal Paul Sabel, who has turned a beloved pastime into a way of helping others through Australian Lutheran World Service (ALWS).

Staff, students and directors of Australian Lutheran College (ALC) on Sunday (18 February) joined LCANZ representatives and members of St Michael’s congregation at Hahndorf in South Australia to welcome Rev Dr Tim Stringer as the college’s new principal.

Churchwide mission fund establishment underway
The General Church Board has authorised the establishment of a fund to support key mission culture and activities that might be utilised across the LCANZ, with initial funding of $400,000 per annum.

A stack of action for kids hurt by war
