The Lutheran Church in New Guinea has been richly blessed because Australian Lutherans said yes to God’s call. In obedience to Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit, they crossed geographical and cultural boundaries, often into remote and difficult terrain, to share the word of God.

LLL Australia has farewelled three long-serving staff members, Terri, Heather and Gaynor, who together devoted more than 90 years of service to the organisation and are now enjoying well-deserved retirement.

Jodi Brook has been appointed as the LCA’s new Community Engagement manager, overseeing Lutheran Archives, Communications, the Local Mission Fund and the Church House Exhibition Centre.
