Upcoming sessions for the network – March 2026
Upcoming Sessions for the Network
March is shaping up to be a great month for learning and exploration! We have a range of sessions lined up — from AI tools discovered on the New Zealand Study Tour to essential training on the New Aged Care Act. Two of our upcoming sessions — Lumin and Contented AI — are direct outcomes of the New Zealand Study Tour, and we are excited to bring these opportunities back to the network. - 13 March — Introduction to Lumin, a digital hub connecting residents, customers, and teams across aged care, retirement living, and home care. Lumin enables residents to access news and newsletters, receive messages and alerts, book activities, enjoy entertainment, and connect with loved ones via video call — all in one place. We are also exploring the possibility of a Lutheran-specific package, so if you’re interested, please let me know.
- 17 March — Session with Contented AI, a tool that transforms meetings and conversations into documents, minutes, and insights using AI. We will be exploring the possibility of a Lutheran-specific package for our network.
- 20 March — Fundamental Care Needs: in-person or online event with Flinders University, held in Adelaide.
- 26 March — The New Aged Care Act with Mark Brandon. Members have been asked to share what topics they’d like the presentation to cover, so please make sure your input is in!
If you’d like to attend any of these sessions, please get in touch with Mary directly at mary.sofoclis@lca.org.au to arrange your registration.
