Reflecting Jesus this Lent with Lutheran Tract Mission
Lent is a time of reflection as we focus on Jesus rather than ourselves. But we do reflect upon how our lives are portraying to others the love Jesus has shown to us. It is a time when we are reminded to see our sins in the light of God’s forgiveness and our lives in the assurance of being loved by God through Jesus Christ.
Lutheran Tract Mission (LTM) has many resources for your Lenten and Easter requirements to help share God’s Love.
A leaflet – Why Easter? is for those new to the real meaning of Easter. There are resources for grandchildren and adults to explore the last week of Lent when Jesus went to the cross: Passion Week of Jesus and then there are two large 12-page activity books The Passion Week of Jesus – Activity Book to go with it. An Easter Seek & Find is a great activity adults and grandchildren can do together Easter Sunday morning. A magnetic set: Easter Resurrection Magnetic set is A4 size with 10 pieces and can be put on a refrigerator or white board for each resident. A great gift for children from grandparents to then tell them the story.
There are also many Easter resources to use as greetings and tags for sharing gifts.
The new Lenten Devotional, Hope for our Future, can be downloaded free and printed for all residents.
