Join Lutheran Media for special 80th anniversary high tea

As part of the Lutheran Media ‘80 years of blessings’ celebrations, the Lutheran Media team is holding a special high tea on Sunday 31 August 2025 in Toowoomba, Queensland, and would love you to join them.

Guests will enjoy bubbles on arrival at 2.00pm, followed by a Devonshire tea and a selection of petits fours, all served in the spectacular Concordia College Function Centre. The afternoon will feature music from a Concordia College student, along with a raffle and silent auction showcasing exclusive items, including seven framed prints from the Lutheran Media calendar.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase exclusive 80th anniversary merchandise, including Lutheran Media’s history book, Lutheran media ministry in Australia and New Zealand: 80 years of blessings.

Ben Henschke, chairperson of the Lutheran Media Board, will share how Lutheran Media and Messages of hope have changed lives through sharing stories of hope and faith through incredible challenges.

All proceeds from this event will support Lutheran Media’s ongoing mission to share messages of hope through radio, podcasts, booklets, digital content and social media.

Tickets cost $60 per person or $450 for a table of eight. Registrations close on Friday 22 August 2025.
