Don’t get left behind! Join our AI webinar
AI is already part of everyday work for many people across our networks, whether through approved workplace tools or free apps on people’s phones. With the technology moving so quickly, it is important that we understand both what it can offer and how to use it wisely.
We have arranged a follow-up session with Jefferson Spratt from Heidi, whom many will remember from our May 2026 Networking Forum. Jefferson will provide an update on AI in care and where artificial intelligence is heading across aged care, retirement living, community services and disability services.
What the session will cover
Jefferson’s presentation will explore:
- The latest developments in AI, including AI agents and sovereign AI
- Real-world opportunities for aged care, retirement living, community services and disability services
- The risks of standing still while the sector moves forward
- What good, simple safeguards and governance look like in practice
Hearing from one of our own
Earlier this year, we offered complimentary pilots of Heidi to our member organisations, and Martin Luther Homes was the first to take up the offer. Tim Lewinski, Program Manager at Martin Luther Homes, will join the session to share his team’s firsthand experience of adopting Heidi and how it is being used in their organisation.
Stay on for a conversation
Following Jefferson’s presentation, we have set aside 15 minutes for open discussion. Please feel welcome to stay online, ask questions and share your own experiences with colleagues from across the network.
