Lutheran Media manager to conclude role in 2026
Lutheran Media Manager Dr Tania Nelson has accepted a new ministry position at Mawson Lakes Community Church in South Australia. Tania will conclude her role with Lutheran Media in January 2026, after serving for more than two years.

Your Church House will be open for visitors next week
LCANZ Churchwide Office (CWO) staff moved into the new Church House in Adelaide’s CBD yesterday and will be ready to welcome visitors to the 139 Frome Street premises as of next Monday (1 December).

Outreach support for congregations
Seven congregations from around Australia will be supported in their outreach endeavours through grants from the LCANZ’s Local Mission Fund from 2026. In addition, a churchwide mission project will receive backing from the fund.

Celebration service closes Lutheran Media’s 80th anniversary year

Earlier this month, Lutheran Media supporters and current and former staff joined the St Michael’s Lutheran Church congregation at Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills for a special anniversary celebration worship service. The service was the final event marking 80 years of Lutheran media ministry.
