Where’s the unity candle?

The giant unity or Christ candle did a wonderful job of reminding people at last year’s LCA General Convention in Queensland to be prayerful and exhibit a spirit of unity. The wax behemoth, which originally weighed in at a whopping 22 kilos, now resides at the LCA national office in North Adelaide. It is available to bring the spirit of unity to special occasions within the life of the church. The newly amalgamated Eudunda-Robertstown parish in South Australia requested the presence of the unity candle for its opening service in February.
