A new look for worship resources

You may notice some changes on the LCA website as we seek to make it more streamlined and user-friendly. As part of this process, the Commission on Worship’s webpage has been redesigned to help visitors and members find what they need as easily as possible.

All resources previously linked to this LCA webpage are now on the Worship Planning Page website, including the Sunday-by-Sunday resources, Commission on Worship statements and biblical and theological resources. You can find these on the Worship Planning Page by going to Worship & Theology under Other Resources.

Other changes to the Commission on Worship page include the addition of ‘Want to worship?’, which links people to where to find a church, the online worship options and the LCA livestreamed services.

We have also added ‘How we worship’, which includes an introduction for visitors and those new to the faith and links to great resources that help us all learn more about Lutheran worship.

While you will find much of this content on the Worship Planning Page as well, we hope that by presenting this information on the LCA website, visitors and members who aren’t involved in worship planning will find it easier to discover.
