Where’s the Unity Candle now?

The giant Unity Candle (or Christ Candle) has had a busy schedule over the past month. It burned brightly at the 2016 opening service for staff of the LCA’s national office (pictured above at Immanuel, North Adelaide), and then made the road trip to South Australia’s Mid-North for the opening service of the newly amalgamated Eudunda-Robertstown parish.

The candle, which originally weighed in at a whopping 22 kilos, acted as an important reminder of Christ’s light at last year’s General Convention of Synod.
