Seasonal Resources - Christian Care Sunday
Our LCANZ congregations are invited to choose one Sunday every year to focus on the vulnerable people in our midst, and the individuals and organisations who care for them. By taking the time to acknowledge, pray for and bless these people and places, we trust that the Spirit of God will inspire and sustain us in our all our ministries of care.
Whether this is visiting, providing meals for people in crisis, playgroups, kids clubs and youth groups, care givers, running residential care facilities, independent living villages and social work services – everyday people are providing care 365 days of the year.
