27 October 2025

As the year draws to a close, we’re delighted to invite you to our final Alliance Meeting and special end-of-year luncheon on Friday 14 November 2025 at the beautiful Lamberts Estate in the Barossa Valley.

This event will be a wonderful opportunity to come together, reflect on the year that’s been, celebrate our shared achievements, and enjoy great food, company and conversation in a relaxed setting surrounded by vineyards and views.

Morning tea will be provided, and lunch will be available for $54 per person.

We are especially thrilled to welcome guest speaker Carolyn Cranwell, an inspiring storyteller and Resilience Coach known for her remarkable work on emotional strength and adaptability. Carolyn will present two sessions:

  • Navigating Alzheimer’s – Survival Secrets of a Long-Term Carer
  • Hardcore Resilience – 7 Steps to Building Successful and Lasting Resilience in Your Business and Your Life

Carolyn is the creator of the 7 Step Cranwell Resilience Ladder™ and the Cranwell–Cambridge Resilience Test™, developed in collaboration with the Psychometrics Centre at the University of Cambridge, UK. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Psychometric Institute, she brings a unique blend of science, storytelling, and practical strategies to help leaders and teams thrive.

Her presentation will explore how the Resilience Test can enhance workplace well-being, leadership, and recruitment, with key benefits including:

  • Grounded in the 7 Step Cranwell Resilience Ladder (Acceptance, Self-Awareness, Purpose, Flexibility, Positive Mindset, Persistence, Staying Connected)
  • Scientifically validated, user-friendly, and efficient
  • Ideal for professional development, HR, and leadership growth
  • Designed to reduce bias and save time in assessing character and potential

This promises to be an uplifting and thought-provoking session, perfectly suited to round out our year together.

We look forward to seeing everyone for what will be an enjoyable and inspiring occasion.

Please feel free to share this invitation with others in your workplace who may wish to attend and let us know if you’ll be joining us so we can finalise arrangements with the venue.

Please RSVP by to confirm your place by 7 November 2025 and let us know if you have any dietary concerns.
