AWARENESS WEEK 2008
The theme for Awareness Week (10th-14th March) is REAL Development.
This theme has been chosen as we believe it is so important for students and
teachers to understand about long-term, sustainable development that empowers
the poor and oppressed peoples of the world. As ALWS has only recently begun its program in Papua New
Guinea, this wonderful country has been chosen as the focus country to show examples and teach our students
and staff about REAL Development.
