Resource Management
Resource management (known as 'stewardship' in church language) is the way we put to best possible use the financial resources God has given us. It's like making the family budget stretch as far as it can, at the same time making sure that everybody in the family is cared for and that nobody gains at the expense of another. It also involves finding new and sustainable forms of income-generation, so that those people directly involved in the mission and ministry activities of the church don't have to be concerned also about fundraising.
