We are seeking a person who is able to inspire and enthuse people to embrace God’s vision for St Martin’s Community. The applicant will oversee the groups operating at St Martin’s, including identifying new leaders, encouraging, teaching and training group leaders to fulfill their God given roles.

This is a full time position for 5 days per week for the term of three years and is partly funded under the National School Chaplaincy Program. It involves 2 days a week with the college and 3 days a week in the congregation.
