Education - Australian Lutheran College (formerly Luther Seminary)


Australian Lutheran College is the tertiary institution of the Lutheran Church of Australia.

Its task is to serve the Lutheran Church of Australia through the preparation and ongoing education of people for service in the church and for witness to the wider community.

The campus is situated just twenty minutes walk from the central shopping area of Adelaide city.

Nearby are various church offices and agencies - the National Office of the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA), the Lutheran Laypeople's League, the North Adelaide Lutheran Church and the headquarters of the LCA’s South Australian district.

Courses

Vocational programs for students preparing for service within the Lutheran Church of Australia in the areas of pastoral, educational or lay ministry.

Academic studies include:

Flexible Education

This approach provides study opportunities for people who cannot attend classes because of professional or other commitments, or who live at a distance from the campus.
