Australian Lutheran World Service brings before you the needs of the African people. Download the calendar and experience your own personal African Journey. Share it with your family and friends. Some suggestions for using the African Journey Calendar. You might like to create a special place, with a distinctly African flavour, to gather for your journey. This space may include a candle, cross, Bible, the calendar resource, pictures and things associated with Africa. (You can get posters of Africa from ALWS by calling 02 6021 5329.) If you have children present you may like to give each child a copy of the Journey Calendar and stamp each day like a passport. You can make a special coin bank from a jar or tin and decorate it with a map or pictures from Africa. At journey's end send your money to Australian Lutheran World Service who will use it for the people you have been learning about.	Download the Calendar
