Wanting to Build a Retirement Village?

Congregations often have people say there are a lot of elderly folk in our parish and would it not be a good idea to build a retirement Village/Hostel/Nursing Home to care for them? The South Australian Aged Care Council has produce a booklet that goes a long way to prepare congregations for various matters that need to be considered in bringing a new facility into being. Although it is prepared for South Australian regulations and conditions, many areas will be of assistance to start the ball rolling in other locations. A copy of the booklet can be downloaded here.
